Back to School

I noticed this time of year, back to school time, is a vibrancy of energy and colour. All my friends and their kids looking like the first day of school was a fashion show. All the kids want to be their best. I admire that quality of tenacity. I appreciate the outlook. 💙💙💙💙
I try and make each day a new day, leaving yesterday and tomorrow for the present moment.💯
I have my own personal best set as my meditation this month. 👑👑👑👑👑
Renewing life, it's purpose and energy. My life's intelligence has made me colourful. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
I continue to realize that all light contains colour. 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
I take time to care for myself and quantify  needs and wants. The quality of your life can actually depend on them. I hope you do the same. 💌💌💌💌💌

soap and other wonders...

Just when the weather dries out your hair, and you are looking for a solution to tame your mane!! Check this company out, https://www.facebook.com/carolsdaughter
my favourite for ethnic hair. Carols Daughter is absolutely soulful and delicious!
And I hope to carry it in my shoppe when it opens next year.
Just in the process of choosing what to sell, with market research compiling. Working towards establishing a vendor relationship has been quite challenging. Getting a hold of someone in that department has led me to ask other store owners like Honey Fig how they did it?
I think I will take a trip to Harlem soon!
I'll bring my homemade soap!Hope that they will like it!!
Made with oats, and olive oil and pulverized rice, features skin exfoliating and softening properties including:
1.increasing the production of collagen that functions in maintaining skin elasticity
2. contributing to the regeneration and growth of skin cells that have been damaged or dead
3. natural oat salicylic acid help renew the skin pigment and useful to counteract ultraviolet damage
4.the benefit of ferulic acid in rice useful as an antioxidant and can protect skin from free radicals
All wrapped up in a bow! Homemade in the kitchen!
PS with love ...

feet on the ground

Who is not dreaming of welcoming spring?
Personally, between planning and organizing my daughters fifth birthday and preparing for Shrove Tuesday, the significant change in seasons is welcomed!!
I look back on how all the winter time has given me, an opportunity to be still, creative focus and drive, the well needed marshmallows on hot cocoa...and I am so grateful that I do not have to shovel any snow. All I had to do was keep my nose in the books as winter continues I'm still pursuing my college diploma. I look ahead with my heart full of nostalgia, feet on the ground and head in the clouds...
